Last August to September, the Inventory Exchange Group of Companies successfully held its 2025 Teambuilding at Joselito's Resort and Events Place in Sitio Matagbak, Barangay Talon, Amadeo, Cavite. With the theme “Stronger Together: Connect • Commit • Collaborate,” the two-day activity brought together teams from different business units for a meaningful experience focused on unity, trust, and collective growth. Throughout the sessions, participants engaged in structured learning activities and high-energy challenges designed to strengthen communication, deepen trust, and reinforce shared responsibility.

Key highlights included collaborative workshops, the “Bridging the Gap” challenge, the trust-building fall activity, and the team-driven “Amazing Race”, all emphasizing the importance of teamwork, strategic thinking, and servant leadership. The program also encouraged personal and team reflection, allowing employees to identify strengths, acknowledge areas for improvement, and commit to action plans aligned with INEX’s goals.
